DR. GABBA is an estranged doctor who is banished from all health care services on EARTH due to his involvement in developing MUSICAL MEDICINE.

In order to survive, DR. GABBA experiments on his own body and uses his ACID HEART to pump sonic frequencies into his bloodstream.
